This has been a busy and crazy year. So much is happening around the country and the world, with the war in Ukraine, the confusion of Covid, the increase in gas prices and consumables, and the threat of another recession. To top it all off is the unpredictable housing market. Homebuyers are struggling to purchase the limited homes available and to make matters worse they are competing with cash buyers. Is there any hope for future owner-occupants? Hogar Hispano, Inc., says yes! This year alone we have purchased 330 assets that will come online in various markets around the country and Puerto Rico. Our goal is to purchase an additional 500+ assets for homeownership this year. In our last purchase, we partnered with three other non-profit organizations to bring quality housing online for homeowners. Hogar Hispano, Inc. is poised to help in these trying times by working to ensure families obtain homeownership.
